Stop!!!!No!!!!!
At this stage in the game I'm pretty well certain the boys are going to soon thinks their names are "No" and "Stop". Yet both words are used so frequently neither will no who's who! Such is the life of a nearly 2 year old...times two. They are trying their hardest to test their boundaries and our patience at the same time. But don't get me wrong, they're cute as can be when their dropping toys over the fireplace screen as I glare at them with fire in my eyes. ANd they're absolutely adorable when climbing onto the table they've been told countless times to stay off of, all the while watching ... waiting for our reaction to their latest act of defiance. And when they climb on our laps, their sweet heads resting on our tired shoulders...the world is a different place. The room is quiet...there's no more shouting...only the gentle sound of sleepy little boys ready for bedtime. Max hums softly to himself as he reaches his threshold. Porter cozies up fully prepared to close his eyes. In cribs side by side they drift off to dreamland on their way to another day of testing mommy's pateince. But I wouldn't have it any other way.
