How they grow...

I know it's been forever since I last updated this blog. But it's yet again been a crazy busy few months. I've put off doing this because in my mind it becomes this huge project, I've got to bring everyone up to speed on so much but I said forget it. I will post this now and then I'll probably work backwards a bit because there are pictures and stories I'd dying to share but I just can't do it all at once. Anyway .... long story short, these little monsters are fantabulous! They are silly and naughty and getting to be far smarter than they should be at 3 years old. But we certainly can't imagine a moment without them.
We are still loving Memphis and are about to get back into the swing of househunting...I'm also trying to land a full time job. That would certainly make mortgage payments easier : ) For now, we're just enjoying each other and watching these little boys grow, far too quickly for our taste of course.
Before I sign off, I'll try to post a few more pictures of Max and Porter.
Hugs to all,
Amy, Joel, Max and Porter.

Weee...

To complete their trip, the soggy twosome rode the tram, the skyway featuered in the movie The Firm!, back to downtown. I think they enjoyed it. Posted by Picasa

More river park play...

How neat is this? Now something I should note, they didn't really know about this whole playing in the water thing when they discovered the park, so they aren't exactly dressed for it. But do you think that stopped them? Definately not.  Posted by Picasa

One of the many reasons we love memphis...

This park is actually a scale replica of the Mississippi river...but you can play in it!!! The boys and Nini had a blast. And what a view! Posted by Picasa

Off to the Zoo

There's nothing like a trip to see the animals to inspire a little brotherly love. Boys hold hands is a very common phrase used when we go outside. It's one command they actually obey! Posted by Picasa

A perfect Mother's Day

It was if God himself told the boys they needed to be quiet and sit still during mass. On this one occasion ... and really it hasn't been duplicated ... our angels were indeed angelic throughout an entire mass! Making it extra special, my mom, Nini, and Joel rounded out our church-going gang.

Our little nature men...

Porter loves to give you this goofy grin when he's mugging it up for the camera. Max has always got a deviousness behind his smirk. Posted by Picasa
